Overall an average Experience,Hotel is bit far from main market,But Heritage Structure is really good,Room ambinace are very basic,Room Service is really pathetic took lot of time to fulfill customers requirements,I ordered Vegetable grilled sandwich instead of that they provide me Cheese Grilled Sandwich,Even Soup Which I order in my room was too much sour,Wifi Was not Working Poorly inside Room.Breakfast was good,Health Care Services are really good Specially therapists are very helpful and very polite ..

location is very good in neral. not in Matheran. those who prefer staying as neral. this is a good option. the railway station is 5 min walk.

Pathetic Service, No 1 responds at reception, No security, poor infrastructure, Noncooperative staff, Overall a very bad experience...

Room was not given as per booking. Blanket are dirty. Room was full of mosquitoes. Lights, intercom n so many other things are not in Ops condition. Windows r broken n not covered, open for mosquitoes. Hote is good but not properly maintained. Reception was mained casually. Boys on reception were not able to handle the guest. They were giving blank look on every question. My experience was very bad first time. It's a worst night stay for my family.

We had a stay in Rahi it was waste of money. We were had booked a room and they gave us a standard room saying that the room that u have booked is not ready bcoz there are still guest saying in that room.

If you wish to stay near Neral station than only you choose this hotel. Otherwise please don’t . It was the average experience due to following reasons . Tv was not working , intercom was dead , water for bath was not available 24 hrs , hot water can only avail on req , in a bucket given by staff . No restaurant in hotel . Only tea is Available. Hotel bed sheets was stained and dirty . Blanket will kill you due to smell

Very bad place to stay. No hygiene no arrangements, no staff support and very cheap people are working there. Not safe for girls. Will never suggest this to anyone.

The hotel is ok.Service is not up to the mark.But you can stay as cleanliness is not that bad and greatest benifit is that it is just opposite local station and ATM is in the premises of the hotel.
