    I had booked the hotel for my parents travelling there and had some specific requirements. The hotel supervisors were really supportive in terms of making their stay comfortable. I spoke to my parents daily and checked if they felt fine there, and they kept praising their prompt service and friendliness towards guests. Thanks team, keep up the good work.     Was average, was not happy with front desk response on late check out . Though he had levy, was rude in his response. Wifi was useless. Also hot water takes lot of time to get heated for usage. Room size and washroom size was good. Overall average hotel for the room rate. Can provide much better service.
