The service was really pathetic. We were made to wait till 1pm to get the room cleaned but the room was unhygienic. Bathroom was infested with all sorts of insects including cockroaches.
The balcony was not cleaned. Moreover, the staff was inconsiderate and dint suggest an alternative on our extension of check out time though there was no check in.

It was an amazing experience with Raj exotic vagator
very spacious and clean rooms.
with all basic and good amenities.
rooms were clean and air con in all the rooms were perfect.
they take care of cleanliness and safety for all there customers.
very close by to anjuna beach .
Deepak is the owner who will provide you with great hospitality.
staff and the gate keeper have there great service and good customer service.
I would surely recommend this hotel to all.

Overall stay was good... but the room service could be better... when we call to the reception nobody answers the call. We stayed there for 4 days but room service was not provided at all. Nobody came to clean the rooms... Otherwise location wise, the rooms and amenities were very good....
