HOTEL MANAGER TREAT VERY RUDELY AND HE REFUSED TO ENTRY IN HOTEL FORM BOOKING HE CHARGE 1200 EXTRA FOR ROOM

I went with my wife but the receptionist was creepy. Even after showing Identity cards the receptionist was suspicious and wanted to see our marriage day photograph.Later the receptionist took 100 rs extra because we had arrived 1 hr 15 minutes early to the hotel..on the day of the booking.The rooms with no window are really claustrophobic. I stayed for 2 days and changed the room the next day to a room with a window.The hotel Is right next to the railway station which is a positive. It has a restaurant which is also a positive.

The guy at reception is a creep, was smiling for no reason. Did not even know the wifi password.

Hotel location is very good to catch train from DEE Sarai rohila rly. Station. I am satisfied with hotel services and staff cooperation.

every thing is ok good behaviour staff if you travel to Bikaner so all Bikaner train departure from Sarai Rohilla station for convenience for travel and current resvertion counter front of hotel that's great
