We paid for AC deluxe room which had no working AC. We complained multiple times but it was not fixed. The room and washroom was extremely dirty and smelling badly.Not even clean bedsheets and blanket was given. We had to ask and then it was changed.We had to ask to get the room cleaned and then it was done, even the cleaning was not proper, the tiles of the bathroom were not cleaned at all and it was smelling constantly. cleanliness of the hotel was bad.
there were stains on towel and bedsheet. i could see long hairs dispersed in the bathroom area.
no shampoo or toothpaste was provided.
flush board out when pressed and toilet jet was not working properly. the speed of water from jet was too slow to wash yourself.
also, whole night i couldn't sleep due to noise coming from ac.
the water from ac of second floor kept on dripping on my ac which created noise whole night.
no solution for that was provided.

The hotel location is good near the railway station, you can walk or take e-rickshaw only one drawback is near the nonveg shop, staff behaviour is good , food quality is good, if you reach before booking time like 1-2 hr they allow you early checkin facility without any charge if room available.

Property is newly build, decent clean rooms (some with balcony, luckly my was). Location is ok, near to railway station and bus stand. Food is good. But service is very poor.

होटल अच्छा है,मैंने 23/04/2023 को बुकिंग की थी, होटल का स्टाफ बहुत ही अच्छा है,मैंने ac डिलक्स रूम बुक किया था मुझे एक्स्ट्रा bed नही मिला ,जो कि उनको प्रोवाइड कराना चाहिए था,बाकी खाने की बात करें तो मैंने 1 शाही पनीर और 1 चीली पनीर व 10 बटर नॉन 4 कप चाय ऑडर की थी ,जो कि बहुत ही अच्छा व स्वादिस्ट था,ठीक ,अच्छा है ,ज्यादा पैसों में काम सुविधा
