good experience. ground,1st floor rooms are ok. the top floor rooms are a little bit small. mountain view available from the top floor. food, hospitality, location and other services are 5 star.

Good Hotel and service, Mr Rameez is a very cooperative and nice person He helped us to book a union car and provide guidance about local scams. food is very nice, hospitality is excellent. A good reasonable hotel in Pahalgam.. but the hotel needs some renovation and a room heater is required, they have bed heater but it not enough for that horrible winters

I'm very thankful to the owner for sach a beautiful property they have and nice rooms they provided, raja guest house is perfect place for family stay..hotel owner was so humble and helping.. I'm coming with my family and I spend a great time there very much...nice place,nice people,nice hotel, everything is perfect for us..thanks for giving a great hospitality....hope to see again

The details given about the hotel were completely false. The hotel was located 3 kilometres away from the main market and travelling to the hotel was a major concern. We as tourists were not allowed to travel with the locals which is why we had to tirelessly walk to the hotel every time we went out. The hotel room had dirty bedsheets filled with insects. No cleaning had been done in the room. Highly disappointed by the service provided by the goibibo team.
As a family, we had to sleep in a dirty room and had to tirelessly travel everyday.

It's terrible stay with kids. No geyser in bathroom, water is very cold. Owner stop the power backup to save money and once you call its will turn on for sometime again he will stop it. Power will go frequently but backup needed for heat the electric blanket, you cant even sleep without it as their room is very cold all walls full of old glass window not even close properly not proper heatung system. Hotel is owsm. It's like a homestay. You can get everything. Food is owsm with affordable price. Also taxi stand is nearby. You can get share car for annantanag just beside the hotel. Also staff are very helpful and friendly. Love to stay this place.

Very good hotel for short stay and the nature and behaviour of the host excellent which gives you home like feeling.
