Very very very BAD, when I was reached hotel, they do have details of my booking, asking how many people you have because our booking is showing, then I shown booking email received, after that they were not giving me the room, because of room Givin to other person or not available they arranged guest room for me the rest and for refersh.

1. Overall experience was average.2. Hotel owner was a gentleman.3. Bed was small in length for a person of good height.4. Room was not ready at the time of check-in. Bedsheets were not clean at the time of check-in, it was replaced after raising concern. Even towels and toiletries were not present. Provided upon asking.5. Bathroom was too small. Worst experience ever. Staff doesn't give a damn about services. Breakfast was complimentary and to be provided from 6 am, however the staff refused and said it's "TOO EARLY" to provide the same. If I had waited for hot water, I might have missed my train.

Nice room with good staff and it us very close to railway station. It is hardly 300 meter away from railway station.
