The property was just awesome. Everything about it was fab be it their rooms or their services or their staffs. The overall ambiance of the place was great as well. I had fab stay here.

rooms available in 2nd floor only, no lifts, cot size is big but room is very small, no place other than bed, room is not very clean, heater working fine, no towel, soap, anything provided, we have to manage own, place looks like very local and cheap..

very good ambience at a moderate budget,rooms are clean,staffs are friendly,you are also allowed to cook if u wish to,it's not in a congested area and so there is no noise pollution.Simply superb and worth.

Stay was not great as we expected because of the accommodation which was not up to the mark. Hotel is very far from Ooty so we checked out one day prior. Not a good hotel & security wise it was decent.No food facility and staff behavior was good.

The room services and the facilities was excellent in this property. The amenities was also working properly.However it was a little difficult to detect the property as it was isolated.

We booked a standard room, it was a part of main building but had a different entrance. I strongly recommend executive room if you have plans to stay with your family. Management of the cottage was very cooperative and supportive during our stay. Executive rooms at Ram Lakshmi cottage are really good and well maintained.

Front side main road is Very conjusted, vehicle parking is not possible on road, cottage have the parking capacity of 2 vehicle only, Room service is not available, mattress was not comfortable for sleep. lots of improvement is required in facilities. Kitchen facility is available

it was a good place.good rooms.wooden floor rooms.hall in rooms out side.working peoples are friendly.kitchen facility and dining area is available.good price for rooms.i am really enjoy it.
