the hotel is not maintained. tap in the washroom and do not fix the proper .water flow is not good on tap. in wash basin hot water connection not available

please see my booking and money paid by me. it is for two days with breakfast. where as in voucher provided to hotel is showing without breakfast. now i will be leaving hotel and have to pay for breakfast charges to hotel . if i paid money to them. i will not do any booking from your .

We book 1 room for three persons for 1 day. We got room before check-in time. Hotel is so clean. rooms are very much clean & bigger in size, easily accommodate 3 persons in super deluxe room. Amenities provided are superb. Breakfast varieties are too good. Only concern is pricing of the food items, bit on higher side. Service is prompt & behavior of staff is also very nice.

Food is good, only problem is internet connectivity. even though they provide Wifi but it has a very poor network and disconnect frequently.
