stayed in the hotel for 2 days. room was very good. staffs were also very cooperative. but toilet need some attention. water from shower was like coming from water tap and lavotary seat was loose. such a class and expensive hotel should not be like that. hence 4 stars. otherwise a good hotel.

Room was good, the restaurant was also good. somehow the service was not satisfactory. I had to ask repeatedly for the same item. my dinner order was not upto the mark. I ordered something (confirmed by the steward) but received something else( and the steward was still saying, it is the same. later agreed)

My wife and I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, and it was a good experience overall. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, the bathroom was big enough, and all amenities were available as expected. Renovations had taken place recently, so there was a smell of paint in the room, but on the plus side, all the walls and fittings were still new and top-notch.
