Staff behaviour was not good.Gave us the room which was already filled by guests.Had to wait for half an hour for room allotment.Parking was very far from reception area.

despite having booked two rooms we weren't provided with rooms next to each other. the twin bed room was booked but we were given single bed. on asking for change of rooms some awfully smelly rooms were shown. some rooms didn't have heating. the staff didn't have the curtsy of a 4 star hotel.
however breakfast was good though poha was cold remaining was good

Break buffet can be improved.
Adding more items in buffet give guests variety of to choose from.
Otherwise current menu is also good.

It was located outside from market of both Jalandhar and Kapurthla one, breakfast buffet is not good one.Staff is very good,check in desk is easy accessible.

Check in issues. We were given accessible room instead of double deluxe. On refusal we were given deluxe double.
Room quality was not upto the mark. Blinds in the washroom were torn off & not in working condition. All lights weren't working. Spider webs on the windows.
Only thing that kept for staying is good food. Rooms should be in fully working condition.
Air conditioner was breaking down several times

Restaurant & beer bar doors handles very dirty, staff uniforms especially cooks was very dirty. I can’t ask to cook food for me.If cooks dirty , I can feel inside kitchen area.
