The experience was great however when ordered for room service the food was not as per the menu. Couple of items were missing which weren't notified of before and even after the food was provided.

Stay was pleasant and food was also very good
I did not get the room which i had booked and had to settle for some other non-smoking room that was the inly turn off

You Will Never See This Kind of View From your room,Rooms Window is adjacent to Terrace of the Hotel,you can see hotel staff walking in this terrace,your privacy is at Risk,
Very Old,Not Maintained And Absolutely Dirty Property,
Breakfast options are limited.

1. Experienced worst servies from ramada. Need to call multiple times to get any request fulfilled.
2. Not allowing outside food delivery and their kitchen is not having good option
3. Charging for cutlery , never seen this rule anywhere
4. You have to review the bill as well , don’t trust them blindly as they don’t know what they have to charge.
5. I had to chase them for bandage as well
I don’t recommend as they are just making fool of us

I have faced some issue with hotel .. Cooling is not proper till the technician visited twice
in the morning water supply is disconnected for some time
room was good

Stay was overall Okay, but they should have more people at the restaurant. Service in restaurant is average. Buffet you have limited options available. The experience at checkin and check out both was not great.
