not sertified from the hotel staff service no what water coming from the tab and washroom are very worst condition and other guest knock my get all time I complain to hotel manager but no response wastes of money and time

worst hotel in the entire world, pathetic experience. unhygienic room and washroom, looks to be never cleaned. bedsheets and blankets seems to be never washed or cleaned. i would never turn around for this stay ever and will never recommend anyone to stay here

great hotel with best location. you can view fort and other places from the terrace. parking facility is available. hot water is available.

Very bad experience in this hotel I have stay for 2 rooms 2days. name is royal but poor than free of charge Dharamshala.
very bad smell whole rooms & bathroom.
Bathroom is very dirty @ smell, Agar aap intercom ko dekhenge to lagega jab se laga hai Aaj Tak usee saf nahin Kiya gaya hai. TV hai lekin baba Adam ke jamane ka or vo chalta nahin hai.
Garam Pani aata nahi hai, Shawar toota hua hai. Mirror aapko bathroom mai tabhi deekh sakta hai jab aap ki height 6.3" ho.

It was a budget friendly hotel. The restaurant is on the top floor (3rd). There is not any lift facility. The room was cosy but the washroom was not maintained.Intercom was not working. if you avail free breakfast facility then the quantity is limited up to 2 parathas for 2 people. Better to eat somewhere else. The auto facility is on your doorstep. online booked cabs(Uber) can reach easily. It's at optimum location to main historical monuments but you have to depend upon vehicles to roam.

Just not so good, rooms were okay but the washrooms were untidy and water was leaking all night almost slipped multiple times. Don't provide toiletries. I paid extra for room upgrade than for the amount I booked Staff just barges into the room without knocking.Location of the place is good and accessible near to the airport.I had to make a unfortunate stay here as my other booking for cancelled.washroom was untidy, not usable and leaking all time
