extra for western toilet -others r bad-water leakagenot worth for which r paid - all staff persons so good -helpful nature- niceno exaust fans for bathroom,no wash basin

sir, you are charging at par 3 star hotel but situation is pathetic, rooms are not clean, water fixtures not working properly, no room services, mattresses are not clean. no gyser and hot watter no services and rates are very high. not satisfied. please revisit with rates
