location of hotel was good. General behavior of staff was very good. Hotel room and bath room neat and clean.

poor service, bad room and washroom condition. not comfortable at all. I had to checkout my guest early due to such poor service. No proper toliterries provided for the guest, no cleaness maintned.

No one is aware about the booking, after all the tantrum is going on the person available at reception not followed Covid precaution at all. Than he continued asked someone "room dena hai yeah nahi" although rooms are available but he is not alloted a room to me because they are waiting for unforseen doctors visit if he arrived. I am still standing in front of reception travelling more than 200 KM in public transport they are not understand the problem and just keep there intrest safe first. Not at all recommend to anyone. They are just keep there personal interest first.

The rooms and bathrooms were neat & clean. The hotel was also good but their service was a bit slow. That's the only reason I am giving one star less!
