Hotel needs lot of improvement in all areas of operations. Check in and Check out was delayed. Food service and breakfast quality was bad. Housekeeping was not in place.

Beautiful hotel with great staff behaviour... Everything is superb with a ground floor good restaurant ... Good receptionist very well managed support staff as well. Good room with cheapest price 😉

reception staff & executives :
we rate them very well aware of their job responsibilities.
sushmita and shalini were very helpful & helped us live comfortably.
we are very thankful to them.
room service : service boys
met with our expectations.
bathroom area : little small & nothing can be done.
overall stay was joyous & no cause for any complaint.

waste hotel no AC control it's like a choultry no tea cofee service. stunned that one remote control for entire hotel n they off AC at mid night. No intercom u hv to call by mobile. and they will first ask u money for service. disgusting stay. cheap type lodge it is. beware customers
