The overall stay was very average.
Pros: Spacious rooms and good AC. ok for a day stay. Location is good with good resturants in 5 mins drive.
Cons: The hotel feels like a old property. bathrooms needs serious renovation. No resturant attached.
Stayed for 5 days and in 2 different rooms. the first one is really bad. they gave another room on repeated requests and the 2nd one is a bit better.
one thing to note- if you need hot water for bathing then this is not the place.

I am not satisfied with the room they provided this time... I am a regular customer of ramora grand. but this time they provided me a worst room. bathroom were having leak in the fittings. even they didn't take any action against my compaint. I have informed it with the receptionist. 🥺

I recently booked a Superior Elegant Room at Ramora Grand through Goibibo, and I must say, the experience exceeded expectations. Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a Superior Elite Room at no extra cost, which was a lovely gesture from the hotel.The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained.
