the place was dirty. the room we booked was already taken by someone. they were clashing. the owner said he would fix this by giving us the room. he gave us the room but the other person and owner fought outside the room.
also our checkout was at 12 pm but the owner asked us to checkout at 10:45 am only

Good place to stay in Jibhi. Nearby the state Bank atm and have a parking facility.
