The stay experience was not so great. No bedding provided despite of charging for a extra person ie my kid. Also the AC was not working. Geyser facility only available in morning, despite paying a hike rental during weekend

The room was not very premium but above average. The food was really awesome, we liked every bit of it. the price can be a bit lower if we compare the same amenities with others. The overall environment is very family friendly.

No proper services. If you are charging premium, then please provide appropriate services. AC not working, TV not working, Wi-Fi not working. Room and Bathroom hygiene is not up to the mark. No room telephone to complain. Not at all justify the tariff they charge.

very bad experience with the hotel.starting with the room itself, it definitely requires a lot of maintenance, the switch boards are not working properly and paint scrapes all over the room.The second bad thing is the washroom, it is so small that if you are an adult, you will find it difficult to use the bathroom/washroom.The third issue I had was with the power backup. if there is any power cut, they will not turn on the generator unless there is any emergency.I had a small baby with me, and t ...more

The hotel was just opposite Matheran Station in the market the rooms were good bedsheets and towels were clean toilets were eccellent but geyser service was offered only for limited time we took a non AC room Atmosphere was cool and rainy during August the room had a gallery that was good we enjoyed our 1 day stay at this hotel As a couple we need our privacy and the staff was good

There is no phone in the room, mobile number doesn't work. Drinking water, wifi was not provided, had to ask for it. Still wifi wasn't working. Rooms are not well maintained. Only location, opposite station is good, otherwise not so good.

Hotel was decent from outside but inside condition was very bad...floor was wet,bed sheet blanket and pillow cover was very very dirty...interior wall was damaged...no water in bathroom during morning time and lack of electricity...note worthy paying around for staying in this hotel...the only reason one can book i.e.opposite matheran railway station...As per my experience I will never ever book this hotel again in future...
