Room provided was not worth 2800 for a night. Dinner was served after 90 minutes of order when ordered at 7:30pm. Restaurant prices are bit high while the hotel itself is below average.

This hotel is the best in the budget. We were given a very spacious room which was clean and neat. Everything was available including toilet paper.
The restaurant in the hotel was clean and had good food.
The staff was very good and co-operative.

It was great to stay at this property. People were very polite and welcoming. Rooms were clean, awesome balcony view. Overall a very good stay at this hotel.

poor response from you.
I couldn't reach hotel because Road is blocked no traffic from Srinagar to Kargil is allowed.
I am forced to stay at Sonmarg itself.
make arrangements for changing my booking to 04.04.2023. it's possible date I would be able to reach, traffic is allowed to Kargil.
