the room was shabby, not well maintained, and the toilet was pathetic. wi-fi and tv were not functioning at all. i would not definitely recommend others to stay in this hotel.

It was an good experience at hotel ranikhet grand hotel is very close to busstand and market. Rooms are clean himalaya can be seen by balcony and terrace overall good experience at this hotel thanks Goibibo for such a beautiful trip

The hotel is situated at prime location of city. The staff is very good, They listen to your issues and solve it quickly. I have to mention it the food is best in quality as well as in quantity in the hotel Ranikhet Grand. You stay there or not but try their food once.

Hotel situated at the heart of town, food is very good. Hotel staff are very familiar, in terms of behaviour, they will guide you to plan your sightseeing, so you can easily plan accordingly, Manager Mr. Rajendra Bhist, Kailash ji and Service guy Pawan all are very cooperative thanks to them. I am giving 10/10โญ

Location of Hotel Good Room Excellent Services Fast and V good Behaviour of staff.. Excellent Sorry, As I am a pure vegetarian person hence I had Breakfast, with heavy heart. Dinner,Lunch not taken in Hotel,As My soul doesn't permit to do so.However Hotel is Very good ๐๐ผ

Location is good but the service quality is very bad. No TV remote. Hardly any useful TV channels. Cleanliness is also below average. They need trained staff to manage the affairs of the hotel. Poor quality staff
