Dear Sir, we stayed at RHH vide booking No.HTL3CBZPYF. The stay was not at all comfortable. we say the followings 1. the room which was booked as category as "Cottage" was not available. The difference in tariff was not adjusted. 2. there is no signage available on any rout to ur location. 3. the approach to hotel is really bad. 4. food quality was not upto mark. 5. the trip to National park (safari) was delayed. Later it was imposed on us. overall experience was not acceptable and we r not to recommend for further stay

Positive: Hospitality superb, very cooperative staff.Resort was flooded with foreigners.Room& Bathroom size was HUGE.Food was Yummiliceous. Negative: No activity inside the resort. Even the bonfire was chargeable,You have to shed extra 600 INR for 1 hr. which is unexpected

pathetic hotel...never preffered to anyone...rooms stinks like a crab....pool was very dirty....even tv was not working and above all the manager....tried his level best to make you feel like you stsyed in some bhootiya haveli !! plz don't stay there ever.

hotel is very far from city ..it has to be plus point for the hotel as one can be relaxed,but attitude of staff sucks..they want to earn money at any cost..food items are costly and not up to the mark.if you want something they will not help you out instead want money as they think it is opportunity to earn from you ..the best part is swimming pool only...

The haveli look is awesome and gives you a royal feeling...staff is friendly and polite...rooms are not that small as commented by others...only issue with hotel is location, there is no proper road to reach...but if you are coming by self vehicle than no issue but if you are coming by train, it is advisable to reach in daylight as in night it is difficult to find road....overall satisfied and happy with stay

Nice 3.5 star property close to zone 1-5. The best part of the hotel was their staff. They were very courteous and assisted in current booking of safari tickets depending on seat availability (gypsy-1300 pp and canter- 800 pp). Two major drawbacks, however were:- 1- The eateries were expensive. Due to the remote location, there was no option of venturing out. Buffet Lunch costed 500 pp and Buffet dinner 600 pp with no option of A-La Carte. Though the quality of food and its taste was nice. 2- Th ...more
