what the shit is this hotel.. I have ordered food before one hour they have not delivered the order now they are saying you have not given the order

No wifi and parking. Had constant noise coming from roof. Service was excellent though Nothing in particular

Positive Points: Hotel is at main market.Everything easily accessible from hotel location. Hotel staff is good and Rooms are clean.Food is delicious and at reasonable price. Negative Points: No appropriate Parking space. Only Hotel staff can able to park because they park car at high steep in reverse gear.

Worst hotel they don't have the sense of hospitality , when asked for utensils they denied worst experience ever😡

experience was not good.... there was no sleepers, no comb , no toothpaste even handwash was not available .... I asked manager for sleepers he said sir we can't provide sleepers.... I booked because hotel is at good location . just 50mtr from mall road... bt these minor things are expected from d hotel....

hotel was good, rooms were small and no heater available as the climate in mussoorie is mostly 1-5°. best point to note is the hotel location which is just 100 mtr from mall road and bus stand.

manager was good. service was good. just the rooms are too small and directly overlooking the gandhi chowk market. although it was good for us to stay totally in the market. overall the stay was good it was great
