Clealiness was not upto the mark, spiderwebs at most of the corners, though they would remove it if someone ask them to, but it is least expected from the room. Kettle was not there for hot water but they provided hot water when asked. Apart from it their services were really good, staff was friendly and supportive, that's the best part. The location is very close to IIT Roorkee so it was easy to travel. Overall I had good experience due to the staff and members.

bad experience. As photo show on booking time not so good. Toilet is also not goot. bucket and mug are not clean. Poor and worst experience.

the owner and the workers were very cooperative and helpful. The location is also good , walking distance from IIT century gate.

It was ok ok hotel. Reception is even not ready to provide luggage space for few hour after check out.

Damp & stinky walls with plaster peeling off, shabby toilets, rude staff and high headed owner summarizes my experience. Its more like a cheap lodge than to be called a Hotel. Should be the last choice when visiting Roorkee. certainly not value for money.

Hotel is very near for shopping, it is good value for money. Enjoyed the stay there as it is very near to century gate IIT Roorkee.

Room was in poor condition with walls having stains of spit . Not very good looking thin blanket to cope chilling winter. overall it wasn't worth my money of almost ...bucks for 2 days.
