    Hotel Raya Inn at Jaipur (India) is an excellent place to stay ... right in down town, next to Main Railway Sation, clean, food is great and very much acesible to tourist places. However, House Keeping (no hangers in closet, no tissue papers, room services very slow etc) is very week ... BUT the Managers at reception, specially Mr Vikas , were excellent and throughly helpful. Thank you.

    We reached for late check in. We got a room where we notice the shampoo and soap from previous check out which was left open was still as in. Which clearly means the bathrooms were not even cleaned before handing over. Basics were missing. Very disappointed.

    The major issue was with staff training. Please call the property before booking to confirm the check-in process. Our train reached Jaipur station after midnight, and the staff at the reception refused to check us in. The entire situation took about an hour, during which we waited for the room to be allocated. Cleanliness was not up to the mark. I requested a bedsheet change due to stains, but the property informed me that they didn't have another clean bedsheet available. On the positive side, the location is convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the railway station.

    overall experience is average as they have limited number of foods in his bucket and they not to allow from outer food delivery. apart from above there is no any roof top seens.
