i had the stay for me, my husband and my 1 yr old son. the lift to the hotel wasnt working and we jad to wait more than 30 mins in the middle of the night. plus the place was smelly that i had to go an buy a room freshner to make the place liveable i have attached pics of the bathroom, uts was extremely dirty that we decided to skip having a shower. they provided a 250 ml water bottle for all the three of us amd never bothered stocking each day they didnt clean the room daily until we requested

Worst behaviour of the staff. They will redirect you to another low standard property of theirs. Don't waste your money here by choosing this hotel. You will definately be disappointed

there's no room service at all and no complementary shampoo or anything.. not even worth the price.

As per my experience its not good beacuse they not did proper cleaning before checking rest of that is ok ..but not satisfied .

Room is neat but its dusty all over the walls..the most bad exxperience faced was the smell comes out of bathroom tap and other things inside it.. full of rust with horrible smell.. you can select this room if you dont want to go to bathroom during your stay.. otherwise everything was adjustable. breakfast was really good, car parking was fine.. it was free.. food availability is really awesome.. just a lift can take you wherever you go to the mall.. air-conditioning was excellent. good privacy but no ventilation for room.
