2.Near to Boat House.Walkable distance only

1.Congested Rooms
2.Hot water facility available from 7:00 am to 9:30am.Ooty like a cold climate area it's not enough.
3.its difficult for senior citizens to stay in the rooms.Because rooms are top and steps only available..
4.Bath towel,Soaps etc are not provided...

the experience was great but could have been excellent if there was hot water for the whole day instead of which they have kept only from 7:30am - 9am.so yes if hot water the whole day then the stay would be excellent because it is really very cold there ðŸ«

It was a decent stay.
Cons first: 1. The outer balcony was dirty and very cluttered.
2. Room is comparatively smaller
3. There is no kitchen
4. Towels provided are like very hard and rough
5. Check for parking before you book. There is parking for only 4 cars. (I got a parking)

Caretaker was he don't know what call Home stay. Policy shows No out side food allow.There is no tea available in this guest house, you have to order food from the nearby hotel at night.Hot water only for one hour in the morning and drinking water should be go down and full the Bottle bottled in the morning.He doesn't know what home stay is.
