Being located at the heart of the city, my expectations were way higher than what was received. Although the staff were polite and good and quite responsive but the rooms were giving an antique vibes and hence, I felt that the price they are charging are on a higher side.

Such a poor hotel with poor services. They don't know how to talk with their customer and there is no customer satisfaction as they are not trained well. I think they hired such low budget people in their hotel. Also, the rooms looks like 90's time everything is underrated. Never suggest anyone to stay in this hotel. I think for the same price you should go to Hotel president new court.
