the hotel and the amenities were excellent 👍 the reason for not giving 5 star is the toilet flush/drainage was not working properly and due to that there was a foul smell in the washroom

The experience with this hotel is getting pathetic year by year now. earlier the service and experience used to be very good. nowadays the staff and reception is just cheap and pathetic. For my booking I was asked to arrange the id card of another male guest staying in my room even though he had late check-in and travelling that time. they are very interested in personal life nowadays. have some manners for god sake otherwise people will move to another hotel from now on!

I recently stayed at Regenta Central Nagpur. And had an incredibly disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, there was a pervasive bad smell throughout the hotel that made the stay very unpleasant. The rooms were not cleaned properly, with visible dirt and dust in many areas. Additionally, the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, failing to address any of the issues I brought to their attention. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

No Tap in bathroom. You have to use only shower even to wash your hands or feet. Tarrif is very high as compared to similar hotels. Spoiling brand name of Regenta group of hotels.
