i would like to share my honest feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel.
unfortunately, the overall experience was below expectations. here are some of the key concerns:
• the lift was not clean, and it gave a poor first impression.
• corridor carpets were extremely dirty and appeared unmaintained.
• the rooms had an unpleasant odor, making it uncomfortable to stay.
• while the pillows and bed linen were clean, the ac was not clean , and even the fans were not.

Regenta is a very good Brands and I have stayed many times in different locations but the experience of Ajmer was totally change my thoughts. you must maintain the name of your property and legacy of your Brands. as per my opinions. overall I am not happy at all. thanks

Hotel regenta is a very good hotel chain and I have stayed many times in different locations but the condition and food quality of below average and not matching with this group at all. Ac is not functioning, TV not working, bad smell, etc. I would like to suggest please mentain the property.

Disappointing Experience
Stayed at Regenta Embassy, Ajmer, and it was below expectations. The room and bedding were smelly, and the bathroom wasn’t well-maintained. Not the quality I expected from Regenta.
