Booked this property for 2 days . It was a big disappointment for a regenta from area like koramangla to be in this shape.. piles of used laundry all the elevator on both days ! Rooms - no exhaust fan in washroom , ac not working , very compact size Reception - not welcoming Housekeeping staff - only good part ! Helpful

I have been to other Regenta properties but this time it's not a very good experience. Rooms are small, no table to keep your plate while eating. Only good thing was the cleanliness and staff behaviour. Breakfast was good.

Very bad experience from behavior and room type. It is very small rooms and not clean well. No value for money. There is no space for put bags and no space to sit even. Towels are very old and bathrooms are not clean
