Totally appreciate the excellent service and prime location. The front desk staff and restaurant staff are very helpful and professionnel. Kudos to Tanika and team for making my stay as homely as home.

AC not work probably after 2-3 complain manager change my room ... this time new room TV not working after complaint no response came to stuff ... total money waste... low 3rd grand service with more money ....not ask about food more expensive than your room rent 😴 one beer took 600. donot go with look like picture … outside look like good but inside hotel hell..

even after multiple requests made to them to change the bed but they did not even bother to change. again and again we have to contact them for the AC and other things
