The Reception staff and Management staff was really unprofessional and Lazy.Dining experience like breakfast also not like other hotels .They takes their on time to serve the food,to get just a hot water,they took more than 25 minutes.You cannot depend them for pickup or drop .To avoid surprises after lots of reminders 9.15 AM they are saying sir ,Our driver is not picking the phone.9.40 I had Vande bharath train to board. So guys my Just suggestion look for another property who are more serious about their business.pls pls don't do a mistake knowingly.....

yesterday I was stay at the hotel see the picture of room no 316 ...open wire to much noise ... non corporate staff ..food is totally bkwass ... then I am order from zomato. dhabe ka food jada asha tha ... staff ko food ka complete Kiya to onho ne phone hi bnd kr dia apna totly bkwass .. service not like ..hotel ..lots of complaints...no words.

the hotel is extremely poorly managed.the hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.had one of the worst experience in my life.staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with family and lift is not working . my room ac not working properly
room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been for ...more
