Very humble staff. Great location. Scenic views. Stayed for 3 days with family. Kids also enjoyed a lot.

would like to write review in detail about the hotel services serives are major challenge, few highlights are mentioned below: 1. no wellcome drink 2. ⁠bed sheets are unchanged 3. ⁠rooms are not cleaned properly 4. ⁠used cups are remains used for 2 days no one is bothered to change it. 5. bad fragrance in washroom 6. ⁠staffs are not available for spa and the one who is setting on reception not having sense of talking with clients. so many other small issues are there which i don’t want to m ...more

As a brand name goes the property was also like that, from valet parking to room check-in it was a very smooth and fast process, they have good restaurant clean rooms and specially great staff

I stayed with my family for 3 nights, below are my reasons for 1star. 1. No sunlight in entire property, one would require some sunlight during winters , but this resort is built in opposite direction of sunlight. It was very hard to stay in this resort during whole day with out sunlight. 2. Food quality was very poor , I tried Chinese and it was terrible .Next day I ordered garlic naan it was also not good. seems like chef do not know how to make basic things. 3. It was quite comfortable stay at Regenta Resort and Spa Mashobra. Staff is very much courteous. Outside Views from Room balcony is Amazing. Food is also good. Recommended for stay.
