1 - horrible experience. Firstly there was no room available. Was given a room for wash and change. The room was not cleaned at all. There were pests around the room. Was taking rest within 15 mins the person came and told that this room is booked and need to vacate immediately. There was no water for brushing or even using the toilet. Horrible experience for not having stayed and used the room they charged full amount. Will escalate it in social media. Will never recommend.

Unethical behaviour from the staff.😠Firstly they said that they haven't received any notification about our booking. I showed them invoices, bookings details and everything, they said all the rooms are occupied and no rooms are free for check-in now. later they checked with some person and found our email of booking and only then they were convinced.laterwe went out and by the time we came back they surprised us by saying that they have shifted our things from one room to another.!! how can the ...more

Washroom was not clean, there were cigarate buds and pan masala packets in room. Infact they even charged me for drinking water.
