The hotel charged me extra for early check-in when they clearly had flexible check in listed. No breakfast was provided when I paid extra for it.
Worst experience. I want a complete refund.

Overall, good experience. The location is prime. The room service could have been better. The bed sheets and pillow covers were not very neat.

It was a pleasant stay, location is good. Neat and clean room and linens. Amenities were ok, can’t ask for too much at this price point. Little noisy, but that’s the price you have to pay for the main road location. No in-house restaurant, but can find food outside nearby. No issues regarding staff behaviour. Definitely recommendable.
