This was my second stay at Renaissance Ahmedabad. This time I faced few problems:1. I had booked room with Breakfast and it included Welcome Drink on arrival .At check in I was informed that Breakfast is not in my package and neither welcome drink offered. After showing my voucher to Ms Trupti , the problem was rectified. And as compensation I was offered Lounge Access though timing was wrongly intimated to me.2. the stay was comfortable, some of the amenities in the room like kettle was not working but the staff was kind enough to change it for us. overall a good experience at the property

very good hospitality.. at my time of stay there was very less rush so we easily got early check-in and late check out without any extra charges. Just very good property good staff and good location.

Experience was not good at all the room was not at all like a 5 star rated property it was normal room and even the key card was not working properly every time i came to my room i have to change my key card The experience was not good at all

I really liked this hotel as you will hardly find good hotels in ahemdabad. I have been on official tour and always enjoy my stay here...the best part is the variety of breakfast they have...though the services are little slow but that is manageable.
