a very good location, courteous staff, food is decent but pricey. lunch for 2 touched a grand (1000).
The issue faced was bad linen, but the same was replaced with fresh.
one issue was persistent , that was no telephone and no wifi network on the first floor. To make a call ,you need to go to the 6th floor .

hotel is good for stay and location and approach is great but the food is not good. I had to ask to replace the ice cold Parantha and too sweet tea.

We had a very bad experience in this hotel. Heater was not working in the room, there was no wifi, no hair dryer, no cleanliness in the room. And this all was in deluxe room.

Room location was average. No any view are visible from the room.
Food was average. Property and property location was good but very far from shimla 25 KM(50 minutes away). Restaurant and terrace dining was excellent.

I booked premium rooms but disappointed with that...small rooms..no good views... breakfast buffet is limited to two things only. PARANTA AND IDLI SAMBAR ...
Prices are two much as per the quality and services.
Overall DISAPPOINTED

Food and service were good. Rooms and washroom were clean. Heater was provided complementary. Staff were cordial. View from terrace sitting is good. Lower level rooms don't have wifi access. Fun activities and games were not fully available at the moment. Overall, a good stay...

The hotel room's landline was not working and even after complaining they couldn't figure out the issue , rooms door was not properly closing and room had a strange smell even though we checked in at 7 p.m. the staff didn't look after all the basic needs and ambience of room . Highly disappointed with the hotel
