they are simply thief. the poorest service they offered us. stinky bathroom, poor room service. horrible house keeping. in short it was night mare..we have super deluxe room.

it's a great hotel...it has all facilities...you can enjoy the swimming pool,n there is kid's play zone n a big campus,where kid's can play n troll around... overall experience is very good...

If you ask about experience then in one word it is said to be fabulous, outstanding, above the world. so we stayed there for 2days. we stayed in a super deluxe room. from room 414, we got a perfect view Kanchenjunga. the pool was beautiful and the serenity of the place will glue you to the place. we asked the manager to arrange the bonfire for us. they arranged it so warmly with a very little amount of 700 for two hours. food was amazing. we had poultry chicken. as we went there during covid the ...more

ouswem experience actually the resort position are extremely good just near Murti river and staff hospitality are very good it,s a very beautiful resort.

It was a really very good experience. Location was very convenient and near to the river. The pool area was under construction. Staff was very helpful. Wifi services were good. But the food was not up to the mark.

Very good resort and excellent location near Murti river. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Foods are also reasonable and they maintained the quality.
