1)Decent room for a couple stay .
2)It was nearby bus stand.(Better to get Scotty from nearby busstand).
3) fontainhas and immaculate conception Church r in walkable distance.
4) Restaurant attached to the hotel also provide a good food .

Pros:1. Property location is good as fontainhas and lady immaculate church are easily accessible.2. Car arranged by staff for south goa tour. (found bit costly, but ok)Cons:1. No proper room cleaning, even after housekeeping floor seems dirty, don't know how cleaning was done.2. Multiple times complained that WiFi not working, but no action taken by staff. Finally after 5 hours I myself unplug and plug cable to restore internet. But no one even after that come to make sure if Internet is working ...more

good rooms great stay resturant sitara is down the hotel get good veg non veg food 18january fountanas is just back the hotel good tourist spot everything available good transport
enjoyed our 3days holiday
