this is not a hotel or pg it's a scam,
1. if u reach the location that is Rivera hotel , they will transfer u to this pg.
2. this is at shivalaya nearly 800 MTR walking from motorable road.
3. hard to locate even after 10times u reach to hotel .
4 location is unsafe, dirty ..full of garbage.
5 property is on 4th floor. without elevator and dark dirty stair .
6 room is dirty . damp . no proper lighting.
7. bed sheet are dirty, blood stain ..
8 no room service. no drinking water.
