Focus only on cafe ,not a good stay for family , no intercom ,no room cleaning until you go and tell them to do so, cafe meals are overpriced , though resort is beautiful and full of natures scene . Over all good for couples and riders but not for the family ...

During Manali visit we stay here to avoid crowded area. We had informed hotel about our check-in before four hours to check-in. They alloted us room in Ground floor. But washroom was not cleaned during check-in. After many time reminders got it done.
After many reminders, a man was sent to keep our luggage from car to the room after check-in.
We had need of drinking water. As instructed from hotel person, there is not room service for drinking water, we have to take it from water dispenser, w ...more

the stay was very comfortable all the necessity was there like extra blanket and heater. the view was amazing from the hotel. the food was good
