No hot water in bathroom
There is no complimentry soap or shampoo in bathroom.. no complimentry water bottles...
Dead phone in room you cant even call to reception... there was no towel in room we have to go down to tell them to send towel after requesting them so much also they given one towel in two people we got forced to share one towel. If you order tea then you get remain tea in a cup without make it hot . Then you go down to tell them please make it hot ..
