Possibly the best hotel to stay in this area (Erattupetta). Nice clean room and toilets. No restaurant though and not many vegetarian options nearby, that's the one minus.
We went on a personal visit.

the hotel stay was just amazing and very much satisfying.. had a wonderful stay at the hotel.. Room was clean and top notch. especially the Beds and the bathroom.. This hotel aims at it's hygiene as it's priority.. I was amazed with its cleanliness. my mother enjoyed the stay at the hotel too . the location was good. . and special mention to the staffs AJIL and GOKUL.. Excellent service and customer behaviour. I recommend this stay to everyone who seek stay at palai, Kottayam. Looking forward for another stay in future..
