The room was not very clean, the bed covers and linen covers had stains and had the smell of moisture. The fan was lying down on bedside, the other side of the bed table was broken. The towels were damp and musty. Overall a very average hotel.

Budget friendly hotel with parking, recommended room is 205. Mr. Basant is very helpful.
Breakfast is good. Just park your car and take the scooty to have fun.

The hotel is not value for money. Rooms are good but toiletries including bed linen n bath towels are below par
Hotel doesnt even have tea / coffee service during lunch and dinner hours, they say staff is busy
TV connections missing in both bedrooms of family room 24 hours hot water supply is not available
Service is slow as staff is over occupied Breakfast options are limited
Overall not even worth 50% of the amount spent in this hotel.

The room were pathetic. It was raining and water was draining in the room on bed and floor. The toilets were very dirty, smelly and unhigenic. Towels were not provided, had to give them multiple reminders through running in corridors as intercom services were not available . not working phones. The staff were very very slow. when we were trying to reach to the hotel , hotel staff were not giving the location on WhatsApp. overall a very bad experience with the hotel . also the location of hotel is very far off from mall road .

Nice hotel...lake view not available...and 3 km ahead from mall road.....so U have to have taxi or scooty for up and down everytime........which take half an hour without trafficGood space for In house parkingParking facility is available mainly on hotels far from mall roadMy voucher??2 floors in hotelTerrace available on upper floorsTerrace with rooms on upper floorsCommon terrace and dining area on ground floor rooms
