We have reached at hotel around 8:30 morning and when we r asking for check in , they told us if u have earlier check in you have to pay Rs.: 500 extra which is not mentioned anywhere while booking though online, if this is rule, they must mentioned the same in hotel policy while booking online or offline.

nice stay overall...
ac coolings quite gud according to current hot temp outsides...
centrally localated in hearts of kolkata....
transport connectivity to everywhere...

The location is near bada bazar and so very convenient. This helps if you are coming for any business purpose in that area. Below the hotel is a big fruit market and so no cabs can reach the place exactly, and so the surrounding area is a bit noisy. The food is good. The prices are reasonable. Overall a good experience.

the condition of rituraj hotel is not that good, at first we had been given a room that was full of cockroach and we complaint about that and they gave us a larger room and that was better. the area was not at all tolerable but the staff were cooperative. finally things went good

Worst room is available for you if you book ac room they will find out the best WORST room for you house keeping people are worst they have no manners they are just greeedy they just want 10,20 ,50 rs because they serve you or get water bottle for you or a packet of shampoo specially the house keeping staff on the 3 floor kindly hotel management take proper action against him i showed this person the cieling of bathroom his reply was apne normal room liya hai is this a normal room should be thes ...more

Rooms were spacious, neet and clean.
Request attended immediately. Pleasant experience. Only drawback is access to the hotel. Being situated in the fruit wholesale market, cab could not reach to the hotel. We have to walk from the main road
