the hotel is good and comfortable for staying. but some construction work is going on and that is creating bit discomfort for the boarders.

we booked the hotel for our family trip. but after reaching the location we saw the hotel was broken and understand construction and closed. we completely shocked. we called the property manager but he didn't help us, we stand there atleast 35 minutes, then we find and go another hotel. this kind of harrasment we faced.

First of all it is not in 5 min walking distance from the Sonajhuri Haat
Second thing 1st floor rooms are not ready where I got a room for stay.
No housekeeping. No cleanliness. No food. TV was not working in any room. Ground floor rooms are small but taking charges as the room in first floor.

Very very bad hotel . Rooms like bird's nest and very dirty . Not any difference between AC and Non AC room . As per there quality , room cost is too much . More better hotel in near shantineketan area with lower cost than this hotel . They not known how to do everything's one by one . Very very bad experience .I suggest everyone to not booking this hotel . This is not a hotel . Like birds nestFrom sonajhuri hat their distance approx 40 minutes not 5 minutes .

Restaurant not available.
Sonajhuri haat not in 5min walking distance its about 20min & above walking distance.
Ac good.
Bathroom not properly clean.
Room service very bad.

Location is very good. But mobile network is very poor inside the room.
Caretaker and his parents is very helpfull. Family trip is safe.

The staff is very good, only problem is they do not have a kitchen, so you have to bring your food from outside .
