the hotel management was gracious to accept our late night check in. everything was ready for our arrival. they even double checked our arrival time and gave us an heads up to have dinner and come as the kitchen and other places close early. the room was very clean especially the bathroom. took away the best part of my worry. there was endless supply of hot water which was a blessing. the reception was accommodative of my wishes to change clean sheets again. food was also good. very hospitable people. will recommend to people.

Air conditioning was poor as there was continuous leakage from Air Conditioner. inspite of complaint nothing was done. Hotel was ok ok.

It's only advantage is its location. Bang in middle of the town. Otherwise it's a no-no. The pipe of the washbasin broke upon which I called the receptionist who said "koi baat nahin". The tea were served in untidy cups. The towels were as good as the mops in your house. Avoid
