Rooms are ok. Service was good. TV not working, hot water not coming in washroom .. despite repetitive requests not rectified

Hotel is in the outskirts of the city. As the name suggest river view inn. But the river isn't visible, four which I have paid extra amount in the name of river view room. Rooms are small and the worst part is they don't provide shower gell, shampoo. Food quality is also not good.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.
