we had an amazing stay in the hotel.. the rooms were good with all the necessary amenities... the food was excellent.. all the veg items were excellent 👌 and most important the staffs of the hotel starting from reception, kitchen, cleaner all were so good and cooperative... I would highly recommend others to book this hotel if they are planning to visit varanasi.. the hotel is near assighat and the plus point we can easily avail transport from this point... the ambience, food and behaviour of the staffs... 👍👍

The stay at this hotel was very comfortable. It is a Budget hotel and near the ghat. The hospitality of the staff was excellent. The food at the hotel is also delicious. The staff was always prompt at any of our requests. Highly recommended. Vinod Singh, Gokul sahni and Gyanendra were excellent with services

The service was extremely poor. The manager on duty was very rude. No dental kit was provided. Also just 1 litre of Mineral water was served. The hotel is in extreme interiors. Had to pay a lot on commuting. There was cockroaches and lizard. Even in fridge, we could see cockroaches. The cobwebs and dust was the extra accessories served to us which was not at all expected from a hotel

hotel is at good location but a bit far from Kashi Vishwanath Mandir, hotel staff is also very prompt in their service, overall good experience with family.
